One Tree Rock Camping Grounds

One Tree Rocks Fraser Island is only accessible by 4WD.

There are no facilities at One Tree Rocks. You can set up your tent next to your vehicle, you can walk-in camp and you can set up off-road camper trailers and off-road trailers.

Water is available from Eurong information centre. Waste transfer is located 1km south of Cornwells camping grounds.

Open fires are prohibited. Generators are permitted between 9am to 9pm only. Sound Restrictions apply!

Permits For Vehicles and Camping

All vehicle permits and camping tags are available from the Department of Environment and Resource Management. You must obtain these permits before you arrived on Fraser Island. The camping tag must be attached to the campsite and visible at all times. You can buy these permits in person from Level 3, 400 George Street, Brisbane 4000, by phone 1300 130 372 or via the internet - www.derm.qld.gov.au
